GradSWE at the University of Cincinnati is the graduate chapter of SWE, dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering community for graduate women in engineering. We provide opportunities for professional and personal development, outreach, and social events, welcoming people of all genders and backgrounds.
